At Pins & Needles Studio, we believe that your passion for and knowledge of sewing can always grow! This is why we offer classes to a variety of ages at a variety of skill levels. Here, you will find a detailed description of each class, including pricing.
Basic Class Information
A registration form will be sent to you when you email and is also found on each class page. Please email if you have any questions. You may stop by the studio to register or mail in your registration with a deposit/payment for your class. Soon we will be registering and paying online! When this begins you will be paying-in-full as you register online. We will keep you posted as we make changes!
Pins & Needles Studio offers sewing stations for three to six students per class, providing each student with small-group instruction. Therefore, individual spaces for each class must be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum of three students is necessary in each course. We encourage you to reserve your space today!
A minimum 50% deposit is due upon registration. Payment in full is due on the first day of the class. You so not need to bring anything to the first class. All information will be given to you at that time concerning necessary supplies for the following classes.
Cancellations require a minimum five business days’ notice prior to the class start date for a full refund or to move to another class. No refunds or class credits are available if the cancellation is made within five business days of the class start date. Cancellations may be made by phone or email. Since we often have waiting lists for our classes, your timely cancellation gives us an opportunity to offer someone else your spot.
REMEMBER: Be on time for your class. It is often difficult to “backtrack” in class if you miss information. Make-up classes are often difficult to schedule so please plan to attend all six of your classes to get the MOST from each session.
Machines are always available at Pins & Needles for you to use in classes. If you would like to use your own machine to become more familiar with it you are welcome to bring it to class. Please be sure your machine is in good mechanical condition and that you have the necessary parts, machine instruction manual, needles, bobbins, zipper feet, etc., to use during your class if you bring your own machine.
